We move with care, ship often, and value kindness. You'll join a small team and own the marketing work that helps real players find and love what we make.
What you'll do
- Plan and run marketing campaigns across social, email and community channels
- Create clear, friendly content: posts, newsletters, short videos and landing copy
- Work with the team to turn product updates and events into promotional plans
- Track performance and report simple, actionable insights
- Support community growth and partnerships with creators and small studios
What we're looking for
- Experience running social and email marketing for a product, game or community
- Comfort creating written and visual content that feels friendly and clear
- Basic familiarity with analytics or ability to learn metrics and reporting
- Able to work independently in a small remote team and take ownership
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Nice to have
- Experience with games, 3D products or online communities
- Basic video editing or motion-design skills
- Familiarity with Discord, itch.io, Steam or community platforms
